Installation of Pagemaker 7.0 on Windows 2000 corrupted

Hello All...

Help me I'm frustrated...I'm trying to install Pagemaker 7.0 on a
Windows 2000 professional operating system and it appears to install
alright. When I try to open Pagemaker I get an error stating that the
plugins do not exist and the application is quitting...it has an ok
button and when I click it Pagemaker closes...What is going on?

At first I thought it was permissions issue. I have a my computer set
up to have only an administrator and it has full control...I even
tried setting permission for everyone to full and then did not work...
