New at FINS!

The time is right for the People and their leaders to challenge,
in fundamental terms, continuation of the same old irresponsible
government and big business. We are drifting from one Robber
Baron Era to the next, century after century, serving the
privileged few while disregarding social equity and ecological
integrity, with the real prospect of much worse times in sight.

A few new publications, just posted by FINS, deal with this
challenge in terms of popular democratic organization supported
by systemic methodolgy and the development of electronic public
information and network communications systems.

These new publications posted at Fins Informatioin Age Library,
include:

* V. Schreibman & B.A. Hoduski, A New Era of "People Power
Politics": Addressing the challenges of democratic
sustainability and civic infrastructure (Mar 1999).
(Republished from Counterpoise, Vol 2, No. 4, pp. 20-23)

* Statement by AFL-CIO President John J. Sweeney to FINS
on economic inequality in America (Nov 1998).

* V. Schreibman, Speaking the New Language Patterns of
Democracy (Hypertext Document) (Apr 1999)
