I'm having incoming messages hang in the SMTP proxy for a long time. It
seems that they eventually get delivered but it's a LONG time - over 30
minutes at times.

The BorderManager box has a public and private address and the SMTP host has
only a private address. If a message gets sent to an internal user, it sits
in sys:etc\proxy\spool\incoming. I haven't yet figured out what makes it
eventually get delivered.
