In usc.list.novell you write:

Say, Im interested in contacting this guy in Holland. Do you know his

I put a small program explaining the format of bindery files on anonymous ftp
dutiws.twi.tudelft.nl /pub/novell (or something like that)

I thought it wasn't possible to delete supervisor,
Can't you just create it again, using that same supervisor equivalent account?
(maybe not, its equivalence is gone)

another way might be: rename SYS: to something else, create a new
SYS: volume -> new bindery files will be created.
with supervisor & guest account without password

may be you can use something like mir122.zip to restore all other user accounts

I think some backup programs have a special option to restore bindery files too.

You cannot with the normal Novell Tools.

Nor using an NLM; Supervisor needs an ObjectId of '1' and there is no way to
recreate this using standard API calls.

Or use Lasthope.nlm which renames the bindery whislt it is closed; when you
reopen the bindery, and it does not exist NW recreates a minimal one for you.
