Converting NB/Lingua Hebrew for Quark

We have sections of a manuscript in Hebrew that has been entered using
NotaBene with Lingua. The typesetter we're sending the ms to has said
they're going to have a lot of labor cost converting this file for use
in their system. We could set this ourselves in Quark if we knew of a
filter that could take NB/Lingua files. Does anyone know of such a
filter? Can anyone point me in the right direction for
NB/Lingua-to-page layout conversion help?
