Is it not the case that many US universities start their fiscal year
July 1? (US only?) Mine does, anyway, and in June there's often a push to
spend leftover money before the old fiscal year runs out. Past July 1, or
even just too close to it in June (forms must be shuffled), and the brief
window
of opportunity is all but closed for eleven more months.
I'll zap NB headquarters about this. If others find themselves in a similar
situation, it might help to do the same, no?

This is an EXCELLENT point -- there is every reason for Dragonfly to act.
People -- including the Department Chair -- have asked repeatedly about NB for
WIN. I must admit that I don't expect much, though, and in the meantime people
are opting for other programs -- especially askSam 3,0 Professional -- at a
steady pace.
