OPERA-L, founded in August 1990, continues its tradition of being an
unmoderated discussion of opera and related topics. Former
subscribers who were frustrated at being unable to handle the large
volume of mail (the amount can hit 100 messages per day) can now
implement digests or index options, as well as any of the standard
Listserv options. There is also now an archive, and we're in the
process of setting up a repository of retrievable files of interest.

Leave the subject: empty, and on the FIRST line of the message write:
sub opera-l First Lastname
...where First Lastname corresponds to the first and last parts of
