Survey Processing Software!!!

Hello, I would very much appreciate it if someone could advise me
on Survey Processing PC software packages.

I have been introduced to a package called EASY*GEN. The
disadvantage of this package is that it only holds a 100 respondent
per disk. Any number of survey disks could be combined by the
program to get over all results.

There is a another package called "The Survey" by Cybernetic
Solutions. The good thing about it that it will facilitate
telephone interviewing.

Could you assist me with my search!!!

What type of Survey package do you use? Are satisfied with it? Is
there any other packages that you would recommend?
