Can someone help me with this question?

A patron wishes to find the address and a 1-800 number of the

Oakley Petroleum company.

I have searched 1 -800 directories, moodys index, FP survey of Mines and
Energy, Yahoo and Altavista but come up empty handed. We are not sure which
country this company does business but any leads will help.
