Regarding "Internet" access for articles, I think there could be a lot of
confusion because many libraries subscribe to article services which are
available through the web. Examples: Lexis-Nexis, ProQuest etc.

To students, and possibly most faculty, they think they really are
"searching the web", and they may not understand the difference between
web searching and accessing articles through a service available via the
web on that particular campus.
