I've attached a bitmap (image) file to this message that you need to
look at.
I've repeatedly instructed you to get me a court date and now I find
out that my case has been listed as "Dead Docket" on "03/23/2006".
This is a direct and intentional violation of my Constitutional Right
to "trial by jury". It also means that those involved in this case
have colluded with one another so that my name remains listed on the
Gwinnett County Web Site, in the GCIC and on NCIC with "Family
Violence", which I find to be a very serious problem.
You and I need to discuss this via email (preferred) or via telephone
next week.
