The U.S.Embassy in Tokyo is very active in promoting purchases of U.S. goods
via catalogs. You can get more information on U.S. and Japanese firms
involved in this growing business by sending a request to: Foreign

This sounds like the MIPRO - Manufactured Import Promotion Organization.

Hi Shaula,

JETRO has a division called "Import Promotion Division". Although,
they tend to be even more inept than JETRO main offices <g>.
