DSLIST Settings... Display Edit/View entry panel

To All,

I have "Display Edit/View entry panel" selected but the ISRDLSET pop-up only appears for sequential data sets that I edit, not for PDS's. I know it displayed in the past when I used the "E" line command.

John,

From memory now, I think the pop-up will appear if you use the
slash-as-DSNAME-alias method of "E" when using a full member name:

E /(MEMBER) SOME.PDS.DSN

In any event, placing a slash in the Prompt column of an enhanced member
list should bring it up regardless of DSLSET settings.

the pop up also appears when you use the edit option in ispfwork when you
include the member name in the dataset name
