I'm looking for a .DLL for Windows 3.1 useful to convert files from the MACINTOS
H vector format .PICT to any graphical format in the Windows environment (e.g. .
BMP)

I'll be very grateful if you can suggest me any product to solve my problem.

PICT is both vector and raster.
I don't use MS-DOS machines, but a fellow faculty member who is forced to
has Conversions Plus 2.0 which converts PICT files into Windows Metafiles.
There is
also a company called Data Viz that makes translation products for Macs and
MS-DOS machines and they also can translate from PICT files into various
IBM format graphics files.
