Ladies and Gentlemen (You too Norm - Still going strong I see)

I am doing some contract work at a large hospital, which shall remain
nameless except for my mail header. Got V 3.1 TCPIP on their mainframe
running MVS - OS/390 actually.

We run VPS from Levi, Ray and Shoup, which has a nice module called VMCF
(not the VMCF). This is a cool tool to track and control the printers we
have connected via TCP/IP.

I am looking for a tool that will allow me to monitor the incoming TN3270
sessions in much the same way that VMCF handles the printers. Naturally, I
want a tool that is free or cheap. Something written by someone in this
group or a commercial product, either is fine. Netview is not a choice
because of the expense. I want to leave this place better than I found it if
I can (no rude comments please) and this little addition would complement
VMCF very nicely.

Trevor,

David Alcock [da...@ticnet.com] used to have a TCP/IP monitor on his
freeware page [http://www.ticnet.com/davea/mvs/freeware/start.htm] that
sounds like what you are looking for. You might want to drop him a note
about its availability.
