Can someone summarize how EMC charges for recertification of used equipment,
and what are the typical annual service fees for 24x7 service?

The systems we are interested in are:

3630-36
3830-36
3930-36

What are the charges for annual maintenance, recertification, and
maintenance renewal?

If you buy one of these used, and bring it under an EMC service contract,
how will you be charged if you want to buy individual parts used? For
example, if you want to pick up a cache module, or fibre connector, or some
extra drives, how will you pay to bring those parts under warranty with the
rest of the system?
