Question about DBRC variable %ARVERS

Hello IMS world,

does anyone knows how %ARVERS in DBRC ARCHIVE JCL will be substituted/filled
in
execution JCL. IMS/ESA UTILITIES REF. SYSTEM says "... is replaced with the
archive
version number (nn) of the oldest OLDS being archived".

We made several tests but didn't find any schema in substitution. Reason for
using
this varibale is to make dataset names unigue, but ... !
