Sceptre was (?) an aircraft maintenance product developed in the 70's. I
wonder is there is still a user of this product here.

Yup, several of the big US based airlines use it. Delta does, as does American. I just saw an article that said American just completed their migration to Sceptre in May of this year. They got Sceptre when they merged with ?USAir? several years ago.

Interesting. I thought that all deprecated Sceptre. Who is supporting the
current users?

I found this in a comment on the above article.

All three legacy US airlines (AA, UA, and DL) use SCEPTRE as their primary maintenance and engineering system. It’s old, as Gary described, and is mainframe driven. It also has no central owner but is essentially maintained by armies of consultants from firms like IBM or DXC. Each airline’s implementation of SCEPTRE is quite different.

Tx again. I supported a Sceptre client until lately when they moved to
another solution outside the mainframe. I thought they were the last
clients. Indeed, it was modified to fit the client requirements and local
regulations.
