How can I find out which sysmods (sysmods) are assigned to a specific DDDEF?

Hi folks!
I'm no system programmer, but a simple SMP/E-user who works with automatically tailored jobs.
I'm looking now for a possibility to find out all Sysmods, i.e. modules, which are assigned to a specific DDDEF. Even if there is only a report over the complete contents of the entire CSI, that would help. - When I can find in that report a line orientated association between DDDEF Name and module name, we can sort the list according our needs.
A sample job would be great.
