Hi,

I tried to sign on to IBMLINK this morning. I am getting the "Request
for Entitlement" page. Anyone else having issues ? I am using
www.ibmlnk.ibm.com. I've been using this for weeks now with no problems.
Did they make another change ?

TIA

Well, I cannot even login! Called the helpdesk (thankfully they're open right now), and they confirmed that an alert came through (no ETA for a fix) that the 24x7 high-availability application for login doesn't work 'right now'.

<SNIP>

I was forced through a new accept terms and conditions page this
morning, but I did get logged in.

Since 6.1 was put out, I have had problems with session cookies not
being correctly deleted. What triggered it is, use of the "sign out"
link. Apparently they have fixed this. After talking to a duty manager,
it seems that they had not correctly tested with Firefox. Firefox 3
seems to deal with the situation a bit better.

I'm not sure they were amused with my observation that the VM 3270
system doesn't seem to have these problems.

No idea. This morning (European) I was able to login (my colleague also about an hour ago), and we both came in. ETR responds to me. I never had the 'request for entitlement' page that you talk about.
