Has anyone placed DUMPSRV in a Service Class other than SYSTEM or SYSSTC ?
Say below important workloads like CICS and DB2 ?

Yes, we did that. And regretted it greatly. When a large db2/cics dump
gets copied into virtual, it's a really good idea to get it out of there.
This was a few years ago, and there have been some performance APARS since,
but I would be careful, and think about it a bit.
