Getting text file from server to mainframe

Hi,
by using COZBATCH i tried to get file from server to mainframe but there is unwanted number inserted in the file mainframe file.
My actual file is this
TEST0001
0001 SAMPLE TEST DATA
0002 SAMPLE TEST DATA
0003 SAMPLE TEST DATA
what i got in mainframe
TEST0001
0001 SAMPLE TEST DATA
0 0002 SAMPLE TEST DATA
00 0003 SAMPLE TEST DATA
Please help me on this
