Indeed. Undoubtedly one of those "pseudo-postings" intended to "prove"
there aren't US citizens willing to work for the offered salary, thus
"justifying" an H1B visa.

Remember the lawyers video (IIRC, a link was posted in this forum some
time ago) teaching companies how to game the system to be able to hire
H1B's instead of US citizens?

Just another example of that, I fear.

I live in Canada and you won't get anyone at that rate. You wouldn't get
across the border to the US with that kind of rate. For H1B and TN1
visas, you need high hourly rates to justify going to then States. The
INS border people wouldn't let you through.
