It's meant to be a gateway to the bit.listerv.i-amiga mailing
list. The gateway itself actually died quite a while ago,
though the list continues. Traffic varies, but is generally
fairly low, on the positive side it is almost always on-topic
(unlike some Amiga mailing lists...).
