Jewish art and history courses on the net from Jerusalem One/WZO

J.U.I.C.E. - Jewish University In CyberspacE

On February 15th, The Student and Academic Department of the WZO in
cunjunction with The Jerusalem One Network is opening the first Jewish
University In CyberspacE (JUICE). It does sound bombastic, especially since
we are starting with two courses, but hey! -- even Cambridge started small.
The first two courses offered are:
1. Overview of Jewish History Professor Geoffrey Wigoder,
Editor, Encyclopedia Judaica.
Encyclopedia of Zionism
2. Art and Judaism Karen Berlinger, artist
calligrapher and lecturer
o Each course will run 16 weeks and will consist of eight lessons, once
every two weeks.
o Each course will have a separate subscription. If you subscribe to
one, you will only get information for that course.
o Each list will automatically close at the end of each course.
o There is no charge for these courses.
