The Helix-L List is a low- to occasionally medium-volume discussion list open to all with an interest in the Helix database development and deployment system for Macintosh. Helix 6.2.4 was released on June 19, 2014. All Helix 6.2 components (RADE, Engine, Server, Client, and Utility) will run on any Intel Macintosh hardware running Mac OS X system software versions from 10.5 Leopard through 10.9 Mavericks. There is also a compatible PowerPC version of Helix Client which runs on Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. Helix 6.2 is file-compatible with Helix 6.0 (2005) and 6.1 (2007); regression from 6.2 back to 6.1 or 6.0, though possible, is not recommended.
