There are people in the world who are EVIL and there have been since
man was here.

Horrible attrocities have occurred throughout time.

There are also young people who are really not evil but have become
desensitized to violence from computer/video/movie/etc. offerings.

We are seeing more and more really young children commiting atrocious
crimes. Where do they get the ideas?

Where do they get these ideas? From the increased media attention these
shootings are getting, and from reporters and others who try to look too deeply
into these incidents.

The kids who do this are SICK and should have had help. Period.
Games/internet/music can certainly act as a catalyst, but so many people react
normally to these stimuli that the below questions shouldn't even be considered.
unfortunately, some will use these incidents to further thier agendas (supresson
of all they find offensive).
