Here's the second version of my NBA JAM Tournament Edition strategy guide.

Secret Characters
note: to get the secret characters ener the date and initals beside the
characters name. (just in case anyone didn't know)

note: these coedes don't work on all machines. The codes that work on
the oldest version of the game are indicated with a asterik(*). The ones
that only work on the newest versions are left blank.
Baraka - BRK 2/20*
King Kong - KNG 1/16
Sub Zero - SUB 12/5*

Power Ups
note: all codes except the Team Swap are do at the "Tonights Matchup"
screen.
Maximum Power - this code makes you unable to get knocked down. Hold
Down, Tourbo, Shoot, and Pass untill the tipoff.
Quick Hands - this makes you able to steal the ball better and not not
get the ball stollen from you. Hold Down and press shoot five times and
on the fifth time press and hold it untill the tipoff while keep holding
down.
Baby Size Jammers - this makes all of the players and the ref infants in
diapers again. However they still have adult skill with the ball. Put
the joystick in the down-right position and press Turbo then Shoot, then
Turbo, then Shoot, then Pass, then Turbo, then Shoot ,then finally Pass.
Big Head #1 - This gives you a pretty large head. Hold Up, Turbo, Shoot
and , Pass untill the tipoff.
Elephant Head - Hold Up and Turbo and then while you are doing that
press Pass five times and on the fifth time hold it.
Team Swap - this allows you to switch teams at halftime. Hold Right and
Pass at the Halftime Substitution screen untill the words Halftime
Substitution enabled appear. Viola!!!switch your team.
Tournament Mode - this disables all secret characters and powerups. Hold
right, turbo, shoot,and pass untill the tipoff.
