Piotr, here in California evaluation of higher education
professors and teachers is done generally on an end-of-course basis.
Whether the evaluations are used for faculty evaluation varies from
institution to institution. Sometimes the information is used only by the
professor himself, other times the evaluations are made a aprt of the
overall evaluation for continued employment.
As both teacher and student, I value the process.
