Hello educators and tech specialists,
My name is Meris and I am an editor with eSchool News. Our publication
writes about ed-tech and we'd like to get some feedback from educators
on a specific topic. Recently, MPC acquired Gateway. We heard a few
complaints from school districts that since the merger, support hasn't
been good (i.e. no on-site maintenance, ignored calls, etc.).
Do any of you have this type of problem? If so, we'd like to hear about.
Specifically: - what is your relationship to Gateway/MPC? What products
does your school/district have? - Have you been having problems with
support since the merger?
