Video Camera Recommendation Needed

Hi All,
I am looking to purchase a digital video camera to film things going on at my
school with the intention of sharing the videos via YouTube. I am currently
using a FlipVideo camera but I was thinking I should buy something that is a
little higher quality. I would like something that allows me to use the videos
with YouTube as easily as the FlipVideo camera does.
Any recommendation?
