I just received an incredible invitation. To a summit hosted by the National
District Attorneys Association. Here is the invite:

"This summit is designed to re-focus our efforts to protect juvenile victims
of prostitution and to prosecute those who exploit them. The goal of this
summit will be to re-shape the institutional approach to these children as
victims by building a better partnership between criminal justice and child
protection. Solutions that involve a greater role for child protection
systems will be reviewed as part of this effort. A monograph will be
produced based on the suggestions generated through this process. Individual
participants will be invited to contribute or co-author additional materials
on topics related to juvenile victims of prostitution that arise from these
discussions. A second issue addressed at this summit will be the
identification of appropriate child protection responses and adolescents who
self-exploit (sexting/cyber-bullying/electronic harassment).

This looks like this will be an alternative opportunity for me to present my
recommendations on how to more effectively address the concerns of young
people who are at greater risk online.
