Logistic Regression: LR or Wald?

My appologies to those of you on both Stat-L and EdStat
who will receive two of these.

In Logistic regression there are two stats used to
tell you whether an effect is significant: The
Wald test and the LR test. I think I understand the
difference between them, what I need is an EXAMPLE
that

1) The Wald pvalue is NS but the LR is significant

or

2) The Wald pvalue is significant but the Wald is not.

In otherwords, I'd like an example to illustrate
when (and hopefully why) it makes a difference.
