Type B messages Specification

Hello,

We are an EDI vendor in India. We have been approached for mapping
Type B messages to PAXLST for Advance Passenger Information System
(APIS). The messages of concern are:

FPM – Flight Passenger Manifest

FCM - Flight Crew Manifest

MCL – Master Crew/Non-Crew List

We could not find data dictionary / guidelines of these messages on
Internet. Please let us know where we can get/buy it?
