I may just be in the same class as the previous guy who posted here.. but
since ther are NO OTHER things on this particular newsgroup.. I'll post a
request for information as well.

I'm doing a case study on the Oldman River Dam and would appreciate any
information anybody could give me specifically with regards to Legalities
regarding construction of the Oldman River Dam beginning BEFORE the
environmental impact assessment had been done.

Also looking for more information about any studies that may have been
done regarding seismic effects of damming or siltation problems that arise
as a result of some dams.
