Bacterial infections are the most common amongst diseases caused on
humans. As we have particular jobs to do as per our ability, each
bacterium also have their specified jobs! Depending on the sizes,
shapes or kinds of origin, these bacteria differ. They are large
celled, but microscopic organisms. These cells are not necessary to be
always fatal, called the non pathogenic bacteria, but they even have
roles to play, like in digestion- bacterial activities are a must in
the stomach and intestines which have a key importance in reducing
cholesterol in blood, high blood pressure, producing natural digestive
enzymes, detoxifying poisonous materials, increase the assimilation of
calcium, elimination of bad breath and gas, etc. There are adversaries
of the friendly bacteria of stomach, which cause bacterial imbalance,
like the overdose of some heavy antibiotics may erase the bacteria.
Daily consumption of strong alcohol or excess of meat, bread, coffee
and fried eateries can prove dangerous for these natural allies in our
body. All these help keeping our immunity stable without any cost. So
why to take unhealthy risks by eating junk foods, when one has other
healthier options? 70% of the bacterial population comprises of the
favorable bacteria and 30% are the destructive ones, they are the
pathogenic bacteria, the ones causing diseases, the ones referred as
germs. These germ bacteria are of vivid types. They cause diseases
like T.B, influenza and sexual diseases. These can be avoided by
simple steps of proper diet and clean body.
