Small round coverslips

Hi!
I am looking for small (5-6 mm diameter) round coverslips which could
be fitted into 96 well multiwells for cell cultureing, and later
used for fluorescent microscopy. The smallest that I found in the
market is 10 mm. Has anyone ever encountered such small coverslips?

I've seen 3.5 mm diameter round glass coverslips from Knittel Glaser in Germany - sorry, I don't have the address!

didn't read all the replies... but if no one's suggested it yet, have you thought of making
your own.
we've cut out round cover slips (No. 1) as small as about 6mm (diameter) using a diamond
scribe and a circular template.
it takes a bit of patience but it is possible. this was a lot cheaper than order custom sized
cover slips in batches of ~1000!
