Does anyone have the schematics or even a photo and details like parts lists
of the insides of the mc-10 16k memory pack?
Anyone have one for sale?

Thanks!

They're a mess inside - two circuit boards stuffed with parts. I guess
it was cost effective at the time - 8 DRAMs and decoder parts.

I would be inclined to use a single 64 K SRAM nowadays and mask out
the areas used by the MC-10 itself if necessary.

If you want one, eBay is the place, or try the MC-10 list

I was thinking that it could just be a single SRAM inside, but then thinking
about how much a single large capacity SRAM would cost in those days...
