Question on refreshing DFHSIP

Dear ALL,

Our CICS/ESA systems are sharing SDFHAUTH for bringing up CICS regions. We
now has a PTF which update the module DFHSIP on it.

My question is: Can we refresh the DFHSIP while the CICS region is running
and allow the CICS region to pickup the new DFHSIP at next restart one by
one, at different time?

Lastly, any risk on this release approach?
