This reports the results from a study of 1593 GP attenders who were
surveyed using the GHQ-30 and the Schedule of Fatigue and Anergia
(SOFA). The latter assesses 10 symptoms. Patients identified as
having a psychological disorder or prolonged fatigue (for more than
two weeks) were interviewed (CIDI) to identify the presence of
psychiatric morbidity.
