Absopositively WRONG!!! I have celiac disease. I have to eat gluten-free
food. I assure you that I MUST avoid wheat, oats, rye, and barley.
On the other hand, on Passover I can get sponge cake made with potato
starch instead of wheat. It is absolutely the greatest for people with
celiac disease.
