Hi folks,

I have found a new developed ASPI-Driver in the net. It is free to
download and also offers an Uninstall-Routine. This Driver doesn't seem
to use any ADAPTEC-routines and the driver is freeware like the one
under http://grc.com was.

You will find the driver at:

http://www.hausdorf-web.de

Then click the Software-Button and download the ASPI-Layer.

Bye from Foxy

So why does it require a password ?

Sounds like a Warezs site to me.

Oke, here a direct link to ASPI layer 4.60 (1017)
http://www.pbdatacom.se/empire/hardware/cdrom/files/aspiinst.exe

And to check the ASPI install you can use
http://www.pbdatacom.se/empire/hardware/cdrom/files/aspichk.exe

If you can't install the ASPI layer you must first install manually an
Adaptec non pnp scsi adapter via contral panel => add hardware.
After installing the ASPI layer you can remove the scsi adapter again.
