Easy CD Audio can not record last track of Audio CDs

Hi. Everytime I use Easy Audio CD creator, It can not finish copying teh
entire Audio CD.. For example, if my Audio CD has 12 tracks tehn it will
copy only to the 11 track and when it comes to the 12 track, it will
displayed
an error message similar to this : " It can not read the track, check that
the drive is correct or the disc is inserted ....." This error happens
everytime I try to copy any Audio CD ...

Anyone has any ideas of why this might happen?
