50% off of list guaranteed for members' L-Soft extensions

The CREN Board has guaranteed a 50% reduction on L-Soft support for
LISTSERV-NJE and/or LMail from July 1, 1994 through June 30, 1995,
for all CREN members who are participating in the CREN - L-Soft
Agreement and extending their L-Soft maintenance. CREN will pay the
difference between the 50%-discounted cost and the actual L-Soft charges
for this support.

The resulting discounted costs for extending L-Soft support are:
* $1662.50 for both LISTSERV and L-Mail, or
* $1250 for LISTSERV alone, or
* $675 for L-Mail alone

The following resolution was passed by the Board to provide this
enhanced benefit for CREN members who wish to take advantage of it:

"CREN will collect from its members who participate in the
CREN - L-Soft Agreement only 50% of the L-Soft list prices
shown in that Agreement for L-Soft maintenance of LISTSERV-NJE
and/or LMail for the period July 1, 1994 - June 30, 1995,
thereby guaranteeing that L-Soft support of these products
during the coming CREN fiscal year will cost participating
CREN members only 50% of the L-Soft list prices for those
products for which they are eligible under the Agreement."
