Pricing of CREN's ListProcessor software

management and distribution, file distribution, and related services
originally developed by Anastasios Kotsikonas ("Tasos") and enhanced by
CREN in cooperation with Tasos.

$0 first license to each CREN member (non-profit or for-profit)
and each non-profit member of a participating Cooperating
Network outside the United States and Mexico.
$250 each additional license to a CREN member (non-profit or for-
profit) and each non-profit member of a participating
Cooperating Network outside the United States and Mexico.
$2000 each license to a non-profit organization which is not a
member of CREN or of a participating Cooperating Network
$2500 each license to a for-profit organization which is not a
member of CREN
Participating Cooperating Networks must agree to provide technical
support to their members and must sign an agreement of participation
with CREN before they may distribute ListProcessor to their members.
ListProcessor Version 7.0 (the first CREN release) is now in beta test
and is expected to be generally available by mid to late June.
ListProcessor Version 8.0 is planned for December. Organizations which
license Version 7.0 will receive Version 8.0 as a free upgrade.
The license will allow ListProcessor to be used indefinitely, but
continued support and upgrades require payment of the license fee
annually. The software license is currently undergoing legal review and
will be made public once that review has been completed.
