accessing streettalk via DOS

I to am interested in setting environment variables by executing programs.

I am willing to write the programs (I have the toolkit), but what I need is
the source to set the environment variables. I know the source code for this
exist, I once had a copy (I really need to clean my office!), but can't find
it currently. Seems like the name was SETENV.C or something like that.

Anybody has this source, I would be very interested in getting a copy.
