If a computer file is written under a different program, does that constitute
a new record. For example, Health United States is issued in a Windows
version, a Folio version and a Lotus version. There is a record loaded for
the Windows version (OCLC 31308193)

Also, the general record for this title as a computer file lists it as
computer optical disks at 3 1/2 in. (OCLC 29768452)
Should I create new records for the different versions, or have just enhance
the general record for my use? Can I have OCLC fix this record?
