I have been asked to conduct a Leadereship Assessment and Training
Workshop as part of an orientation for new graduate students later
this semester. Can anyone recommend and/or comment on instruments they
have used successfully that have the following qualities:

*self-scoring
*no longer than 45 min. to administer
*easily obtainable
*not too expensive?

I'd appreciate any help you can offer. Please respond to me directly
if this is not the kind of information generally desired for this
list.

Thanks,

There are a number of instruments available through he US Department of Energy
(DOE) and the Westinghouse Electric Company as a "technology transfer" to
eligible US educational institutions. By means of this transfer program,
non-exclusive intellectual property rights are authorized, allowing
organizations to use these tools for commercial, internal, educational, and
research purposes at no cost. Contact:
