Internship Opportunity at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. Excellent
opportunity for a MLIS student, looking for hands-on experience in a major
art museum. The internship will last 3-4 months, 10-20 hrs./wk. and is an
unpaid internship. Intern will be responsible for a number of projects,
including: working with our artists' book collection, organizing artists'
files and inputing data into online databases. Intern will work under the
supervision of the librarian, but will work independently. Candidates should
be current MLIS students with an interest in art librarianship; cataloguing
