I'd be interested in hearing from any folks in Interlibrary
Loan/Document Delivery who have implemented direct document delivery
via ARIEL, (i.e., articles being ariel'd directly from the lending
library to faculty and/or students on campus).

Have have you gotten around the significant problem of very, very
large files? Was your computer department able to come up with a
solution to this?

How is it working? Are you hearing about problems with patrons not
receiving a complete document?

Did you start with a pilot project on campus?

I'd also be interested in hearing from those of you who would like to
implement this but haven't, and what your reasons are.

Thanks in advance!

We want to and have tried, but it never works to e-mail addresses
on our server. I have successfully sent Ariel documents to e-mail
addresses on other servers, however.
